Q: I sent a return in, but I haven't seen the refund on my credit card statement yet. Why?
A: We process returns within 14-30 days of receipt. However, after processing, it can take 1-2 billing statements for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.
Q: How does Louis XV ship orders?
A: Unless requested otherwise, we ship via USPS Priority Mail,
and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery is typically 2-3 business days after
shipment. We charge $21.95 for shipping.

Q: How does Louis XV keep its prices so low?
A: Several ways. First, we have no middle men and incredibly low
production costs. One of our partners lives in India and buys our
stones directly from the mines in Jaipur, India and Cantabury,
Thailand. We manufacture our pieces in the East and make great
numbers at a time, keeping costs much lower than if we were to just
manufacture one or two pieces. We also believe that it's better to
sell more jewelry for a lower cost than make a bigger profit selling
just one or two pieces.
Q: Why is the Conservative Appraisal Value so much higher than the cost?
A: For a couple reasons. We keep our costs lower by buying our stones
straight from the mines and by manufacturing great numbers of pieces.
We also manufacture our pieces in the East. At Louis XV, we also
believe that it's better to sell more jewelry for a lower cost than
make a bigger profit selling just one or two pieces.
Q: Are your stones real?
A: Yes! All of the stones in our jewelry are real. There is nothing
synthetic and nothing "fake".
Q: Do Louis XV employees work on commission?
A: No.
